So, to summarise, we shall keep the same URI (http://www.w3.org/ns/odrl/2/) and we shall "label" the next (final) release "Version 2.1". Then, for the encoding schemas: XML - use "2.1" for the version attribute in the XML schema. Ontology - use "2.1 for the <owl:versionInfo> property JSON - ?? thoughts? Cheers...
