Updated ODRL in JSON DRAFT

We've updated the ODRL in JSON DRAFT:

http://www.w3.org/community/odrl/work/json/

Essentially, we expanded the introduction and explanation of how the ODRL in JSON encoding has been approached. And we made some small changes to the schema, to clarify things and introduce the IPTC-requested changes of rightoperandunit and rightoperanddatatype (which I think haven't yet made it into the official XML Encoding, yet, but hopefully will do, soon).
