Re: Conf call followup

Seems like those use cases totally fell off the radar :-)

I rearranged the NFC working group wiki to reference the work done in 
the Device APIs working group, including the use cases and the APIs 
list. While I was at it I also added a reference Don Coleman's phonegap 
plugin, the new Tizen API, and the websocket-based implementation of the 
current draft.
