Web Certificate API Community Group created

The Web Certificate API Community Group has been launched:

The goal of Web Certificate API Community Group is to provide a
JavaScript API for certificate related operations in web applications,
such as retrieving a list of certificates, obtaining a public key and a
private key associated with a certificate.

If you do not have one already, you will need a W3C account to join:
  http://www.w3.org/accounts/request

This is a community initiative. W3C's hosting of this group does not
imply endorsement of the activities.
