As a `point of order` here, rather than discussing this proposed WoT IG 
charter on a new list (public-wot-charter) that has only 4 subscribers 
including you, please use the public-web-of-things list (which has over 
130 subscribers). Creating a new list with almost no subscribers just 
marginalizes the discussion whereas, especially for the context of this 
group, I think we should be seeking comments from the broadest set of 
stakeholders.
