Law and Technology Community Group Proposed

The Law and Technology Community Group has been proposed:

The mission of the Law and Technology Community Group is to serve as a
place for legal professionals and those interested in the law to share
information on how current laws affect the implementation of new web
technologies as well as how those new technologies can affect the law.

Once the group has a total of five supporters, W3C launch the group
and people can join to begin work.
