The Extreme Intellectual Property Protection Social Web Community Group has been proposed:

Discussion group sharing dialogue on different things that can be done
to facilitate free competition of ideas, without cancelling  out IP
protection of our individual creations.

You are invited to support the creation of this group:

Once the group has a total of five supporters, W3C launch the group
and people can join to begin work.
