Do-Not-Track Community Group Proposed

The Do-Not-Track Community Group has been proposed:

This community group, started by Lee Tien of the Electronic Frontier
Foundation, is intended as a companion to the Tracking Protection
Working Group with the goal of enabling consumer and privacy groups to
participate meaningfully in the WG even if they do not participate in WG
conference calls, mailing lists, or in-person workshops.  In the short
term, this community group's major goal will be to analyze and respond
to the First Public Working Draft, which is expected soon.

Once the group has a total of five supporters, W3C launch the group
and people can join to begin work.
