For github + gitter, we can also follow  RDFJS’s example and simply create an independent github. Might be easier & quicker.

Thanks Doerthe and William for taking the lead here, as for meetings I'm available 1100 - 0100 UTC sun-thur most weeks.

Also suggest that we utilize gitter (or similar) for general discussion and progress, this kind of communication can make a real difference to efforts such as this.
