Memory test replaced (ACTION-48)

Hi,

Kai and I looked at what caused the problems with the memory tests when
going to its high values; it looks like the troubles were caused by a
combination of problems (memory limit, timeout, ...) - Kai has thus
kindly provided a new version of the memory test, this time PHP based
[1], and that is now running from:
http://qa-dev.w3.org/2009/memory-test/json.php

I would like to go through another round of testing (esp. from Wilhelm's
mighty devices) before we announce the test on the blog (and updating it
accordingly).
