our company is in the process of porting our test automation tool Squish 
to the S60 platform. Next to Java and Qt it supports testing of Web 
applications running in different browsers. But I think this list is 
rather concerned with the validity of the browser implementation rather 
than the application's. To avoid further off-topic posts I therefore 
suggest you contact me privately if your are interested to learn more.
