So the test http://foo.webvm.net/test.html is valid for both NPAPI and
ActiveX plugins thanks to a loader script:
http://foo.webvm.net/foo_init.js

Since Internet Explorer does not have NPAPI support, an ActiveX
control is required to pass the test.

This is the same approach as what Gears uses. Like Google, we
implement developing Web standards in order to innovate.
