svgz htaccess

Does green-harder.svgz work for you guys on a checked out copy of the
test on Firefox?

http://static.webvm.net/wct/svgz.html

I can't work out what I am doing wrong, as
http://www.w3.org/2008/06/mobile-test/svgz.html seems to work.

Also not sure about that param line in the test.
