A few notes on them:
 * I see that you have provided both HTML and XHTML versions of the
tests (for at least some of them); I think we can probably focus only on
the XHTML version; at least, it would be good to have every test in
XHTML - at this time, the tests for "top", "position", and "overflow"
are only in HTML for instance
 * there is an image referenced in the style sheets ("flagbg.gif"), but
it wasn't provided in the zip file

Actually, whether it is implemented or not, we would need the tests
since the properties are part of the CSS MP spec.

I've talked briefly with Bert Bos (the CSS WG chair) about this
dependency on the CSS3 module, and he acknowledged that this is known
problem for making progress with CSS MP.

What about the other properties you listed in you review of new
properties:
