Excellent, this captures the whole workshop beautifully.
 
Only one minor comment - in "Executive Summary" section, it sates in
bullets, "What are advantages and problems with each way of accessing
Internet from a mobile phone: Using SMS .". To distinguish it from
person to person SMS, can I suggest this to be "Using SMS as data
bearer" or may be "Using SMS as transport bearer"
