I just joined the mw4d interest group.  I am an Asst Prof at UC Berkeley,
interested in mobile computing applications for rural development, among

able to attend that often due to work and other travel constraints.

could truly have a big impact on proper governance and service delivery
across the World, so Im more then happy to support this effort!
