Hello Team,

Here are my thoughts.

Real world examples help readers to understand the Roadmap. 

It also helps readers to neatly sort out contents of the Roadmap.

I'd suggest to place real cases in Appendix, with reference to each technology, voice, SMS, etc. The Appendix should be titled "Cases", rather than "Analysis", as I don't think we need to analyse each case in the Roadmap document. 

In the "Cases" section, putting a brief summary or explanatory title of each case with its link would be sufficient.
