Dear All,

It was nice to meet many of you last week in Maputo! Great discussions
and I hope there are some interesting projects coming out of the
networking discussions.

Few of you expressed your interest towards the feasibility study &
business modelling case that I mentioned at the start of the workshop,
and I thought that I'll share a direct link to our site (where you can
access the summary of the case and download the pdf version):
http://mobile.ungana-afrika.org/resources/dwesa-village-connection-business-modelling-feasibility-analysis

It seems that many new innovative projects are still struggling with
their sustainability, and I hope that the case would give you ideas how
to analyse the financial feasibility or define the business model of
your mobile solution targeting underserved communities and BOP markets.

You can also find an earlier white paper 'Strategies for the adoption of
mobile technologies' from the site http://mobile.ungana-afrika.org,
which has received some good feedback especially from organisations who
are still thinking about how to utilise mobiles as a development tool.

Hope to see you again next year!

Best Regards,

-
Toni Eliasz
