a quick mail to mention that MW4D is advertised in the latest issue of 
Nokia Expanding Horizon.
It is a quaterly journal edited by nokia about the use of mobile phone 
in development. Usually full on interesting articles.
In their last issue about "How mobile public services can transform 
lives"
