study on cost of mobile internet in india

hi all,
tomorrow im giving a master thesis presentation on mobile governance in 
india (current problems and possible way forward) in epfl and trying to 
explore cost as one of the major barrier in accessing internet through 
mobile phones (in particular). i would be thankful if you can give me an 
insight/ study that gives overall cost structure for accessing internet 
through mobile phones in india.
