alt text on mw4d home page

Hi all

while preparing a presentation about mobile web in developing countries to  
deliver next month in Indonesia, I noticed that the vertical strip of  
pictures on the left of http://www.w3.org/2008/MW4D/   has alt="useless  
photos for decoration".

My accessibility training leads me to point out that useless photos for  
decoration need alt="".

Sorry for pedantry...
