Dear Colleagues This year mGovernment Consortium is Organising EURO mGOV and mSociety conferences during Sept 15-19 in Antalya, TURKEY. At the mSOCIETY 2008, we have a special session on Mobile Development (chaired by Stephane Boyera). We are planning to have a conference next year on mobile development and would like to encourage as many participants as possible to this special session this year. Therefore, we are offering free registration to the conference - as a humble incentive - for those who would like to give a talk on any aspect of Mobile Development.
