Directions in full score which apply to all parts

Greetings!

Taking ActorPreludeSample as an example.

In the Piccolo part, and the Violin I part there is the direction "Moderato" with a metronome mark

If only the flute part is displayed (for example) then the "Moderato" direction should be shown, but unless there is some logic to detect this case it will not be.

Is there any support in MusicXML for correcting this problem, or any recommended strategy?

Clearly some directions (eg dynamics) apply to the individual parts and some (eg tempo markings) apply to all parts.
