SMuFL 1.25 pull request ready for review

Hi everybody,

Just to say that a pull request for the changes necessary for SMuFL 1.25 
is available for review at GitHub:

This pull request addresses issues 56, 58, 61, 62, 66, 68, 70, 72, and 73.

The pull request can be a little difficult to review on account of the 
fact that when viewed via rawgit.com, the web pages will not show the 
correct glyphs:

However, you can review the latest version of the Bravura font, which
