Message Threads and Subjects

I have a request for members who post to this list.

If you are responding to *a specific topic* in a proposal or specification,
*please* start a new email thread with its own relevant subject line.

Otherwise, we will have dozens of different conversations all titled "MNX
Proposal", or "SMuFL Update". This will rapidly become very unwieldy.

Soon, I hope we will move some of the discussion to GitHub issues which
will help with this problem.
