MNX Update

Hi group,

I've recently completed a few significant tasks relating to MNX. Let me
summarize:

- There are now two proposed musical content types under the MNX umbrella:
CWMNX (a CWMN-focused, semantically definite dialect) and GMNX (an
extremely general, semantically loose dialect).

- An initial rough proposal for GMNX has been incorporated into the
existing MNX document.

- All existing issues in the MNX proposal have now been migrated to Github
and tagged as relating to CWMNX, GMNX or both.

I will send another email very shortly discussing the use of Github issues
for MNX.
