Rejection emails fixed, I hope

Hi all,

A number of folks have complained that their emails were bouncing from the
list, but in fact their emails were going through fine.

What was actually going on, was that one member had provided an invalid
email address. The bounce replies from this were sent back to anyone who
posted, making some people think that their email had not gone through.

I believe we've fixed the problem now. If you get any more instances of
this problem, please forward the bounce email directly to one of the
chairs, or to the mailing list, and one of us will see it and take care of
it.
