Re: recent heavy activity -- intonation markings -- Extended Helmholtz-Ellis

To update, and remove one of my requests as already taken care of, the 
Extended Helmholtz-Ellis accidentals for Just Intonation (U+E2C0 - 
U+E2FF) satisfy my request re Group 1.
