DOM-based notation demo video and example source code

Hi all,

I wanted to share some of the materials for the live demo that I presented
at the Frankfurt meeting for the benefit of those who did not attend. These
materials demonstrate an approach to programming music notation
applications using a Document Object Model (DOM) containing encoded
notation, with no other APIs, assuming the use of a notation viewer that
can both present the DOM's contents and dispatch user interaction events.
