Bled Issues review G4 results

This are the results of our review:

G4 (Arle Lommel, David Filip and Mauricio del Olmo).

 

Issue 114: Closed. Pablo is satisfied after editorial changes.

Issue 116: Formally closed. It was a rejected comment.

Issue 119: Left as it is because it is not for the spec it is a best
practices issue.

Issue 124: Closed. Arle is satisfied but broader editorial action is needed:
lower case normative keywords should be reformulated in non-normative style
throughout the spec, as suggested by Addison.
