Hi Felix,

I run our Terminology Annotation Web Service over the ITS 2.0 specification.
I belive I noticed a minor formatting issue in the specification (which caused wrong tokenisation of the text ... which is why I noticed it) – fourth level headings do not contain a whitespace between the heading number and the heading text.

E.g.:
1.3.1.3Vendors of content-related tools
