Dear Arle, Mikhail's comment on the Inconsistency issue type seems to
have been accepted at the Prague F2F

The resolution was to broaden the category description and provide a
second example.
In the meeting of January 28, you said you need to provide the text,
without being formally assigned an action.
Do you want me to create an editorial action for you so that you can keep track?
