I made a few minor changes related to issue-115.

Re-named the example
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#EX-xhtml5-markup-1
to
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#EX-xhtml-markup-1
since I think that fits here.

Changed
"This examples illustrates the use of ITS 2.0 local markup and global 
rules in XHTML."
to
"This examples illustrates the use of ITS 2.0 local markup in XHTML."
