I agree that it is in good shape for a first draft, with the additional
amendments suggested by Dave.

For the additional data categories still under discussion, Felix'
suggestion has some merit - including them will encourage ongoing
discussion, but once they are reasonably well defined (similar to are the
currently included categories). If they are left entirely vague it may do
more harm than good!
