If nobody suggests otherwise, we will keep the namespace URI and just
update the namespace document at
http://www.w3.org/2005/11/its
accordingly. I have given myself an action item ACTION-106 so that we don't
forget about it. I'll do that after the publication of the ITS 2.0 draft.
