Hi Yves, all,

can you show me an example? I tried to make the replacement, but maybe I 
missed something? E.g.
http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#EX-its-tool-annotation-2
now should say "annotatorsRef".
