[ACTION 189] Split special requirements into several data categories

Dear all,

please find attached a first draft of the data categories:

· forbiddenCharacters

· storageSize

· displaySize

These categories have been derived from the former specialRequirements data category.

I hope, that my interpretation of displaySize was correct?

forbiddenCharacters is still based on a simple Unicode Enumeration. My knowledge of Regex is quite limited.
So if somebody feels that we should really need a regex based solution, please feel free to enhance the current
draft accordingly.

I'm looking forward to your comments.

Best

Micha
