Test suite updates

Everyone,

I have made the file updates to the test suite files (input and output
files) all apart from disambiguation as there have been some updates on the
section since the last draft and they need to be reflected in the test
suite. I will read the current editors draft and make the updates soon.
Also i  need to fix some capitalization in the test suite file which should
also be in the next update. The major thing to note in the next update is
that Quality data categories will be in it along with its:param. The
updates are reflected in the github located here:
