Terminology

Hi Leroy,

Here are suggested fixes for Terminology. Note that in terminology2htmloutput and terminology4htmloutput there is a rule for all em:s that sets it to term="yes". In the same rule there is also a termInfoPointer="../h:dfn" but there's no <dfn> element in p[3] so it comes out empty.  Not sure if that's intentional or if you want to update the source or output file.

Btw, I checked in a change to terminology7xml.xml
