Adding final test files and helping with the test suite

Everyone,

I have added in the last data category to test suite both input and output
files to the git hub
https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/tree/master/its2.0/expected. I
would invite people to look at all the test suite files for any errors and
post any errors they find here on this mailing list and if they feel
generous correct the* input files only* that are incorrect. Also if people
feel we have missed out on test please added them to the test suite
following the naming conventions of the files.
