Hi Dom, Leroy, all,

Nov-15 came and went... and I'm not sure we are closer to M1 then a week 
ago.

If we wait until all un-resolved issues are resolved to finalize all test 
files we may have a hard time to get to M2 a month from now.

There are several data categories that are stable, could we move forward 
with those at least?
