FYI: I've fixed 3 input files based on Jirka's findings.
https://github.com/finnle/ITS-2.0-Testsuite/commit/06da5f3ca71c3d990bcc2a81a3d97e206b969d94
Those fixes didn't change the outputs.

More fixings are needed.

during some more schema work I have discovered that several files in test suite are still not adhering to out standard. Please find attached files listing problematic files and locations of errors.
