Hi Dave, the annex http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#list-of-elements-and-attributes is called "G List of ITS 2.0 Global Elements and Local Attributes (Non-Normative)" that is: no global attributes are in the list. I would propose to leave this as is, otherwise the table gets very big. What we could do: add a link from the table cell with the "rules element" (e.g. "translateRule") to the global definitions, e.g. for "Translate global" to http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/drafts/its20/its20.html#translate-global and here you have all attributes at the rules elements. Would that work?
