8.5 Directionality, and others http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-its20-20121206/#directionality "no implementation commitment is seen for the Directionality data category in ITS 2.0" It's not at all clear what this means. It could be taken by some to mean that no-one at all is interested in implementing directionality, which is far from true. Same applies to Ruby section, and presumably others.
