When trying to use the W3C mobileOK Checker (validate by URl tab): http://validator.w3.org/mobile/
I continue to receive the following error in both Firefox and IE browsers:
Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /mobile/check.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2 Server at validator.w3.org Port 80

Is there currently an issue?
