[Fwd: Questions on Checker]

I just ran

and was surprised to see the character encoding error. Looks to me like 
the xml declaration does specify utf-8.

Also, I am seriously wondering about the error thrown on a 1px height 
for an hr, especially as there doesn't seem to be an <hr /> in the html.
