First version of the Dev Manual

Dear members of the mOK Task Force,

I have just uploaded the first version of the Dev Manul. You can find it
here as attachments:

I am also uploading a new version of the user manual so it talks about
the new Beta Release (instead of the Alpha).

I am also sending some comments about the Dev Manual for us to discuss
before publishing in the CVS.
