Asunto: New version of the user manual

Dear all,

There is a new version of the user manual (0.7). I intended to send it
to the list earlier today, but OpenOffice has crashed several times with
the document.

What's new:

- Some typos corrected.
- aboutMe element is now part of the section describing moki document.

points to our first public release. I guess that if we want it to
reference the version with updates from the last weeks, it should be

Unluckily, dev.w3.org is down now and I cannot get the proper link (I
cannot check the last revision to update the URL in the doc). I'll try
to do it again tomorrow so the doc has the right URL. I'd need Sean's
help in order to know that the desired jar is already in the CVS so I
reference the right version (and not a previous one, being the most
recent at the moment I copy/paste the URL with someone touching
something later).

If everything is OK for you, it'll be in the CVS tomorrow. Well, taking
into account what time it is now, if it is OK for Sean it'll be released
in time for tomorrow's event.

Good luck there, Sean!
