More code checked in

This version will create a skeleton "moki" document, and, contains a
framework for running XSL-based tests. I added Saxon 8 to the mix so
we can use XPath 2.0. The caching test sort of works, minimally, so,
we're more or less done with milestone 1.

So this code is more like the final version than not. I propose we go
with the code basically as it is now and move forward to milestone 2.

There is a lot to be done, like all the other tests. The "moki"
document is incomplete and every bit of the code will need some work.
But I think it's ready for everyone to dig in and start implementing
tests.

How about this: I'll start working on the tests alphabetically from
the start. Anyone else want to start from the end and work backwards?
let's discuss a lot on this list and get to work.
