Understanding Concurrent Input Mechanisms

Hi all,

Hereby the draft adjustments for the Understanding.
As far as I could see no change was made from the previous December release so I've only changed / simplified wording and did some re-construction.
Hope it will suit the needs and you'll be happy with it.

Didn't put it in Github yet awaiting your reactions.
Thursday I can do the first half hour and the week after I'll be at the Zero Project / UN in Vienna.
